COK is run by a team of highly experienced managers, led by General Manager, Mrs. Brenda Cuthbert. Mrs. Cuthbert reports to the Board of Directors led by President, Mr. Joscelyn Jolly. Members also influence decisions on the direction and activities of the union. The Board of Directors appoints other non-statutory committees from among members and staff.
We work closely with other credit unions in Jamaica, the Caribbean and across the globe sharing operational best practices. As the largest credit union in the Caribbean, we are looked upon as a model, with many of our procedures and products being replicated by other credit unions. For example, a recent MOU with the Eastern Co-operative Credit Union of Trinidad will see exchange of credit and human resource best practices between.
