Role and Core Function:
The incumbent will be required to oversee the accounting operations and functions of the Strata Corporation ensuring the preparation of monthly accounts and schedules.
The incumbent will also be required to maintain information for the compilation of the annual budget and to assist with the timely collection of the monthly dues from proprietors.
Qualifications and experience:
• Associate Degree in Accounting, C.A.T. or other equivalent qualification.
